The CAE has taken note of the provisions of the law of 29 June 2022 introducing a sliding scale of family allowances (EMAF) and thus adjusting the amounts of family allowances to the cost of living.
The first increase linked to the introduction of EMAF will take effect on 1st July 2022 and the additional amounts resulting from this increase will be paid automatically at the end of July 2022, together with the family allowance for that month.
Please note that EMAF only concerns child benefit and is not applicable to parental leave allowance.
There is no need to contact the CAE in any case - no intervention by the insured is required.
