the CAE does not issue payment certificates for a period for which family allowance has not yet been paid.
no more CAE payment certificate is required by the communes to apply for the ‘chèque-service accueil’ (CSA)
no more CAE payment certificate is required by MengSudien (formerly CEDIES) for residents in Luxembourg and France.
