Since 1st October 2021, child benefit is indexed. The basic monthly amount of the child benefits is currently EUR 315.04. (Amount valid from 01.06.2026 -Index 992.24)
In addition to this basic amount, there is a monthly age increase supplement of EUR 23.81 for children over 6 years of age and EUR 59.44 for children over 12 years of age.
- 0-5 years: 315.04 €
- 6-11 years: 315.04 + 23.81 = 338.85 €
- from 12 years on: 315.04 + 59.44 = 374.48 €
